Our Bike Service Plan is designed for riders who want their bike looked after properly all year round — without big one-off bills or forgetting when a service is due.

Instead of waiting for something to go wrong, this plan focuses on preventative maintenance, safety, and long-term reliability.

What is a Silver Service?

A Silver Service is a comprehensive service designed to keep your bike running safely and smoothly, including:

  • Gear inspection and setup

  • Brake inspection and setup

  • Drivetrain inspection and lubrication

  • Safety checks on bolts and components

  • Wheel and tyre checks

This level of servicing is ideal for regular riders and helps catch issues early — before they become more expensive repairs.


Why a service plan?

Just like a car, a bike needs regular servicing to stay safe and reliable.

Regular servicing:

  • Improves braking and shifting performance

  • Extends the life of components

  • Reduces the risk of breakdowns

  • Saves money long term

The Service Plan makes this easy by spreading the cost and removing the hassle.


E-bikes

The Bike Service Plan is available for standard bikes and e-bikes.

Please note:

  • The plan covers mechanical servicing, motor diagnostics and software updates only.

  • Batteries, and electrical fault repairs are not included

  • Any additional work will always be discussed and quoted before proceeding


What’s not included?

The Service Plan does not include:

  • Parts other than brake pads and cables

  • Chains, cassettes, chainrings, tyres, bearings

  • Suspension servicing

  • Hydraulic brake bleeding

  • Crash damage repairs

  • Electrical or software work on e-bikes

If additional work is required, we’ll always contact you first.


How it works

  1. Join the Bike Service Plan

  2. Pay £20 per month

  3. We contact you when your bike is due

  4. Your bike gets serviced properly, on time

Simple.


Terms & Conditions (summary)

  • The plan runs for a minimum of 12 months

  • Includes 2 Silver Services per 12-month period

  • Services must be spaced appropriately

  • Unused services do not roll over

  • The plan is linked to the customer, not transferable

  • If cancelled early, services already used will be charged at standard prices

  • Availability is limited to maintain service quality
